Currently

I lead In The Company Of, a strategic storytelling studio for transformative ideas in life science, biotech, and consumer health. I work as an embedded fractional partner to early-stage companies, helping founders and teams translate complex science into clear, compelling brand strategy that bridges scientific and clinical rigor with cultural resonance.

Occasionally, I write checks into startups and emerging funds that excite me.

I am a serial launcher who has always been drawn to companies at their infancy and the opportunity to shape and scale how they emerge into the world. After leading luxury retail empire Marc Jacobs into the digital era (launching ecommerce, beauty, and international, and growing its online audience from zero to 6.5M), I joined the founding team of venture and LVMH-backed mobile commerce startup, Spring (acquired by ShopRunner), and led marketing and creative campaigns through its formative years with brands like Nike, Uniqlo, Uber, and Beyoncé.Later, I was the first hire and VP Marketing at microbial sciences and probiotics company Seed. There, I oversaw brand, marketing, and creative across our portfolio of biotherapeutic, consumer, and environmental applications, and led the launch and scale of our flagship product, the Daily Synbiotic. I'm most proud of our team's award-winning work on initiatives like SeedUniversity, #GiveaShit, and The Story of You.Most recently, I cofounded and was the CEO of Plot, a next-generation collaborative planning platform for marketing and growth teams that was loved by teams at companies like Instacart and Square.
